How long until it works

Most owners notice the first small changes somewhere between day 3 and day 14. Some dogs need a full 3 to 4 weeks or longer, especially dogs with long-standing anxiety, rescues still settling in, or dogs in busy or noisy homes.

Setup:

1. RIGHT ROOM. Plug it into the room your dog actually spends the most time in — where they sleep, rest, or wait alone. Not the hallway, not a room they only pass through.
2. NOTHING BLOCKING IT. Plug into a free, uncovered socket. Do not put it behind a sofa, under a shelf, behind curtains, or facing directly into a wall. Keep the unit upright.
3. LEAVE IT ON 24/7. This is the single most common mistake. The diffuser builds a steady background level in the room — switching it off overnight or at work resets that. Leave it plugged in and switched on continuously.
4. RESPECT THE ROOM SIZE. One unit covers roughly 500 sq ft. Open-plan spaces, high ceilings, an open window, or a running extractor fan or AC vent will thin it out. Large or open homes usually need more than one unit.
5. DON'T KEEP MOVING IT. Pick a spot and leave it there for at least three weeks before you judge the result.
